Robin Wood, Owner of Predictive Advantage S.A.
With more than thirty years experience in international business and industry, Robin has worked extensively all over the world, consulting with many of the largest and most influential companies in Europe, Middle East, Asia and North & South America.
Fiona Brookwell, General Manager
Fiona is the General Manager at Predictive Advantage. She is a passionate Talent Optimization Consultant and experienced Coach.
She held a number of senior HR management positions within major UK retailing businesses such as Kingfisher, Etam and World Duty Free before starting her own HR consultancy in 1999.
Within the UK, Fiona is a key partner of The Predictive Index®, and has been training, coaching and implementing these tools within UK and international organisations since 2001.
She is a qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a qualified user of a range of psychometric tests.
When she’s not helping other people improve their personal and professional performance, Fiona loves spending as much time as possible with her family.
Michael Jones, Business Development Manager
Michael is the Business Development Manager at Predictive Advantage. He is an experienced management consultant and ICF member coach, and passionate about human potential.
He has over 25 years of experience in general management, specialising latterly in the travel retail sector. He has lived in a number of different cultures and has run businesses in the UK, the US, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
Michael established his own consultancy in 2007 working primarily with The Predictive Index, but also using a wide range of other tools to help organisations recognise and realise the potential that exists in their individual employees and their teams.
As well as having been a passionate advocate of The Predictive Index for many years, Michael has more than a passing interest in Astrology!
The Seminar and Marketing Team
Sarah Tyreman, Operations Director
Sarah's day to day responsibilities include management of the Predictive Advantage training and seminar coordination team, and all related customer service enquiries. She maintains our bespoke Customer Relationship Management System and coordinates the organisation of all new client agreements and contracts.
Sarah has been with Predictive Advantage since 2004 and is the person to contact for all of client-related enquiries.
Sabine Robinson, Marketing Manager
Sabine is a German native and has extensive experience in project management and marketing. She joined Predictive Advantage in 2011.
Sabine manages all marketing activities at Predictive Advantage including brand development, website updates, regular client communications, social media projects, content creation and the management of the growing online client community. Sabine holds the Certificate in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Sabine continues to be part of the workshop coordination team and offers administrative support to our Associates.
Lucy Ellis, Admin and Marketing Assistant
Lucy has worked in various Administrative and Customer Service roles for the past 4 years, and has been with Predictive Advantage since January 2020.
Lucy offers administrative support to the workshop coordination and the marketing team. She helps with the organisation of professional workshops, the creation of client contracts and marketing collateral, and provides general office administrative support.
The Sales Team
Karen Samwell, Sales Manager
Karen recently joined Predictive Advantage as our Sales Manager and is a Talent Optimization Certified Consultant.
In addition to managing the sales team, Karen’s main role is to provide a consultative approach to potential clients, by gaining a true understanding of their business requirements and deliver detailed information and demonstrations of how Predictive Advantage can help align their people to their business strategy to achieve the best results.
She has over 20 years of sales experience, working with some of the largest financial institutions in the UK.
Kimberley Mearns, Sales Associate
With 20 years’ experience in sales and customer service, Kimberley has spent 15 years helping her clients increase turnover and is passionate about the development of others through coaching and mentoring.
New to the Predictive Advantage Sales Team, Kimberley is a Talent Optimization Certified Consultant who guides and works with our clients to implement the best solutions to optimize their talent in line with their business strategy to maximise results.
Ellie Harris, Sales Associate
Ellie is part of the sales team at Predictive Advantage. She is also a Talent Optimization Certified Consultant.
Since 2018, Ellie has been using her background and experience in research and human psychology to develop a continuously successful career in sales. She previously worked with high net worth individuals with high and ever-changing demands within the insurance industry.
She is passionate about building fantastic, long-lasting professional relationships with all clients.
The Finance Team
Claire Maughan, Assistant Accountant
Claire joined Predictive Advantage at the beginning of 2019 and brings 20 years experience in Finance, mainly gained in the shipping industry.
Claire manages the monthly accounts, cashflow and analysis of accounts. She assists with client invoicing when required.
Claire works closely with the Finance Director and the rest of the team to support with costs and other financial matters.
